Google tira otro de sus principios a la basura

No voy a hablar ahora de la polémica sobre los enlaces de pago, donde la actuación de Google me parece ya de por sí lamentable, si no de uno de los "daños colaterales" de la compra de Double Click al que nadie parece haber dado importancia. Y es que Google ha vuelto ha cargarse uno de sus famosos diez principios...

Y, mucho más explícito, en las políticas de AdWords, donde nos dicen qué sitios se pueden anunciar.

¿Qué sucederá ahora con la mayoría de las campañas de DoubleClick que llevan pop-ups o flotantes, claramente en contra de los principios de Google? Pues es de esperar que no pase nada, y que Google vuelva a tragarse otro de sus principios (una vez más) a cambio de un buen puñado de millones de dólares. Dudo mucho que la compañía intente imponer a la fuerza su política en este caso, ya que la mayoría de los anunciantes de DoubleClick son grandes empresas y grandes sitios, que no estarán por la labor de dejar escapar jugosas campañas...

Desde mi punto de vista, Google ha comprado una empresa, como hizo con youtube, lo que no quiere decir que piense juntar sus servicios al igual que ha hecho con youtube, asi que es simplemente eso, tiene otra empresa, y al ser otra empresa se rije por otras reglas.

Efectivamente, tal y como dice Alain, Google esta usando la técnica que ya en su momento utilizó la General Motors. Ir comprando empresas hasta tener el monopolio, pero mantenerlas como compañías independientes de Google Inc (como si fuera un Holding). Por lo tanto, técnicamente, no se esta cargando sus principios.
